Euphrates Canton under intense shelling since last night

Since early morning, the city of Kobani has been subjected to heavy aerial bombardment by drones belonging to the Turkish occupation army.

Since last night, the Turkish occupation army has been conducting both aerial and ground attacks on various areas in the Euphrates Canton using heavy weapons and drones. A checkpoint of the Internal Security Forces at the southern entrance of Kobani has been targeted, along with the automated bakery in the city, the electricity station that supplies power to the city, and the city center and its entrances.

Villages in the western part of the city of Girê Spî and villages along the international road in Ain Issa have also been targeted. The shelling in the Euphrates Canton has caused significant damage to infrastructure and service centers, injuring three members of the Internal Security Forces, who are receiving treatment in hospitals in Kobani.

Since last night and up to this moment, there has been intense drone activity in the skies over the Euphrates Canton, and the shelling continues as this report is being prepared.
