More than five and a half months after the start of the war between Israel and Hamas, and despite the Security Council's reaching a ceasefire resolution between the parties, the parties to the conflict remain adamant that this war, which has claimed the lives of some 34 thousand people, continues.

The Egyptian political analyst and member of the Arab Initiative for the Freedom of Ocalan, Ilham al-Miligi, believes that this conflict will continue and renew as long as the entity's administration remains intransigent towards the legitimate Palestinian rights to establish a Palestinian national state with Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international resolutions of the Security Council and the General Assembly of the United Nations.

The Egyptian political analyst said: "All the indirect negotiations between Hamas and the Netanyahu government to reach a truce opens the path for a ceasefire, once it moves forward, until we find it back to ground zero", and noted that all the news: we obtained that Netanyahu is unique in managing the file of negotiations, which is the most stringent; because it recognizes that the first day of the cessation of war will be the first day of the commencement of his trial proceedings and the call for early elections that will end his political history."

With regard to the effects of the war between Israel and Hamas on neighbouring countries in Syria, he pointed out: "Syria, because of its geopolitical position and its relationship with the so-called axis of resistance, is at the heart of the war between the Zionist war machine and the Palestinian resistance, and a candidate for further involvement in the war if it lasts longer and expands its circle."

Regarding the solution in accordance with the logic of the democratic nation as the ideal solution to the conflict between Israel and Palestine that rejects the idea of a two-State solution and that the two peoples should live within one State. Each party is free to exercise its beliefs, Ilham al-Miligi, said that: "Manifesto democratic civilization in its five parts, created by the intellectual Abdullah Ocalan, includes a peaceful and democratic solution for the peoples of the region on the basis of justice and democracy, guaranteeing cultural, social and democratic rights for all ethnic, racial, religious, sectarian and political components. Therefore, if we apply it to the Zionist Palestinian conflict, it is an ideal and final solution."

He went on to say: "There is a doubt that the Zionist entity will accept it; because it is an expansionist settlement entity."
