The information stated that what was seized from the mercenaries was: 1 Brno rifle, 1 Brno rifle sleeve, 1 Brno rifle bag, 54 Brno bullets, 3 Kalashnikov weapons, 18 Kalashnikov magazines, 11 Kalashnikov bullets, 3 military saddles, and 3 pistols. 3, 18 pistol rounds, 5 pistol magazines, a sum of money of 320 US dollars, a sum of money of 1,167,500 Syrian pounds.”

5 years have passed since the Syrian Democratic Forces announced the geographical defeat of ISIS mercenaries, in their last enclave in the town of Al-Baghouz, but all evidence confirms the continuation of their crimes and movements. Although its presence is not the same as before, its cells can reach areas that are difficult to reach.

The most prominent factors that led to the return of ISIS mercenaries to activity in NE Syria are the ongoing Turkish attacks on the region, and its targeting of leaders who had a prominent role in eliminating ISIS geographically, such as the martyr Jiyan Tolhadan, and the areas occupied by Turkey in Syria turned into an ISIS breeding ground.

ISIS mercenaries launch violent attacks in several regions in Syria, Iraq and many countries of the world, the most recent of which was the attack on a concert near Moscow claimed by Khorasan  ISIS mercenaries, on March 22, which left more than 160 dead and wounded so far.
