Casualties in series of security incidents

Three people were killed and injured in separate incidents in Homs, Latakia, and Damascus, according to ANHA correspondents and local sources.

Casualties in Homs

In Homs, residents of the Al-Waer neighborhood found the body of a young man, Hussam Mohammed Al-Saleh, dumped in the orchards of the area after contact with him had been lost since the evening of the day before yesterday.

In a related incident, farmers in the village of Al-Qabu in the western countryside of Homs came under direct gunfire while working on their land. The attack left farmer Nizar Al-Shahin critically injured, suffering wounds to the abdomen, foot, and face.

Assassinations on the Coast

In Latakia, a new assassination was recorded. The body of Mohammed Adnan Qarqoush (known as Abu Adnan Sarmineh), a member of the 50th Division – Elite Forces affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the Interim Government, was found.

Qarqoush was discovered dead under mysterious circumstances, and no official statement has been issued clarifying the details of the incident or identifying those responsible.

Material Damage in Damascus

In Damascus, unknown individuals threw a hand grenade on Al-Deir Street in the crowded Kashkoul neighborhood, specifically near a car garage. The incident resulted in material damage only, with no reported injuries, but it caused panic among pedestrians and residents of the area.
