ANHA Agency recalls its martyrs

ANHA News Agency was established on March 1, 2013, and today it enters its 12th year. On this occasion, our correspondents visited the martyrs, Delishan Ibesh, Hoger Muhammad, Rizgar Deniz, Saad Ahmed, and Issam Abdullah.

In order to search for the truth, our agency presented 5 male and female martyrs from our male and female colleagues. On October 12, 2017, our colleagues Rizgar Deniz, Hoger Muhammad, and our colleague Delishan Ibesh were attacked with a car bomb by ISIS mercenaries while they were covering the conditions of people fleeing  from Baghouz, The attack at that time resulted in the martyrdom of our colleague Hoger Muhammad and our colleague Delishan Ibesh, and the serious wounding of our colleague Rizgar, as a result of which he was martyred two months later, specifically on December 18, 2017.

Our colleague Saad Ahmed was martyred on October 13, 2019, while covering the attacks of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries on Serêkaniyê, while our colleague Issam Abdullah was martyred on November 20, 2022, following the Turkish occupation state’s bombing of the village of Taqel Baqel in Derik.

This morning, our correspondents visited the shrine of the martyrs in the Tal Tamr district to remember the martyr Saad, the shrine of the martyr Dijla in Kobani to remember the martyr Delishan, the shrine of the martyr Khabat in Derik to remember the martyr Issam, and the shrine of the martyr Dalil Sarukhan in Qamishlo to remember the martyr Hoger and Rizgar, the martyr journalist, Sayed Afran was also visited.

During the visit to the shrines of the martyrs, our agency’s correspondents renewed their pledge to continue the struggle and legacy of the martyrs.
