Albu Jamil clans :Astana Quartet seeks to strike AA project

The Albu Jamil clans, belonging to the Al-Akidat tribe made a statement regarding what the regions of Deir ez-Zor, especially its eastern countryside are witnessing of continuous infiltration attempts by the mercenaries of the Damascus government, and their targeting of military forces and citizens of the region.

The tribes renewed their rejection of “the attempts of the regime and the Iranian militias to interfere in the region, and the attempt to sabotage its stability under the name (the tribal army) which consists of mercenaries used by the Iranian militias to achieve their agenda in the region.”

The notables, sheikhs, and intellectuals of the Albu Jamil tribes affirmed their unlimited support for the Syrian Democratic Forces.

The notables added “members of the tribes and clans are joining the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and that the tribes offered their best youth as martyrs within these forces that liberated the region from ISIS terrorism,” stressing that “the tribes and clans will not hesitate to defend the region and stand under the banner of the Syria Democratic Forces."

In conclusion, the statement of the sheikhs and notables of the Albu Jamil clans affirmed their adherence to Autonomous Administration and their solidarity with the Syrian Democratic Forces.
