In addition to gaining more knowledge about various intellectual issues and the concerns of peoples and societies, the ideas presented in the writings of leader Abdullah Ocalan contribute to correcting and refining individual behaviors, both in daily social life and in institutional work.

This was confirmed by several employees in the administrative institutions of the Girê Spî City Council during meetings ANHA's agency held with them regarding the extent of benefit from reading the pleadings of leader Abdullah Ocalan, simulating his ideas, and applying them in practice.

The administrator of the city council of Ain Issa, Mohamed Mahmoud, said in this regard: "We started with programs to read the pleadings of leader Abdullah Ocalan, including the fourth volume, which discusses the emergence of humanity and the conflicts and wars it faced, as well as the consequences, and the emergence of the idea of domination and selfishness that gave rise to the capitalist system, resulting in global disasters and crises."

He added: "Leader Abdullah Ocalan has established criteria and foundations for transitioning to a pluralistic democratic system for co-existence among all peoples, as well as a strong approach to eradicate all forms of domination and concentration of power. Therefore, through studying these ideas and getting to know them closely, we found that there is no alternative but to implement them in reality and to discuss every term, idea, and thesis contained in the writings of Leader Abdullah Ocalan."

He added: "All members of the institutions who read the pleadings should reflect on themselves and reconsider their actions by comparing them with the results and consequences of the administrative mistakes they have committed. They are currently working to overcome these mistakes to achieve noble goals in serving the citizens, to better understand their responsibilities, and to meet the hopes placed upon them by the people; because they represent their communities and embody the democratic path established by the great leader Abdullah Ocalan."

He concluded by expressing his eagerness to apply the philosophy of leader Abdullah Ocalan, as it is the remedy for any problem that hinders administrative work. More importantly, it involves changing the mindset of the recipient and their genuine belief in these ideas, along with a sense of responsibility towards their colleagues and community.

For her part, Khanasa Mohammed, an administrator in the Health Committee of the Ain Issa City Council, stated that she has begun reading the fourth volume through the programs organized by the departments in the city council. She mentioned that their discussions during the reading of this volume revolve around the contents of the read sections, sharing ideas for a deeper understanding, applying them in practice, and refuting all destructive misconceptions that harm communities.

Khanasa continued: "The leader's ideas and writings provide solutions to all the issues and artificial conflicts that the capitalist hegemonic countries have sown among the peoples of the region. Therefore, it is essential to familiarize ourselves with his views and implement them. As for our work as administrators serving the peoples of the region, it contributes to eliminating the ailments that hinder administrative work, which were entrenched by previous regimes in their administrative and service apparatuses, such as tyranny, selfishness, and bureaucracy, which obstruct citizen services and promote the capitalist mindset that the leader calls for fighting against and eliminating in his volumes."
