10 killed in separate incidents, shootings across Syria in 24 hours

Different parts of Syria witnessed the deaths of 10 people over the past 24 hours in separate incidents, shootings and crimes, according to available information.

In western Daraa countryside, a man from the village of al-Ajami was killed when an explosive device detonated in his car as he was heading to his brother’s home in the village.

In Hasakah countryside, the body of a young man from the village of Umayyah in the Tal Hamis countryside was found dead under unclear circumstances. His body was discovered dumped between the villages of al-Bahra and al-Haluliyah.

Another young man was killed by gunfire after unidentified assailants targeted him while he was near the State Security housing complex in the al-Nasira neighborhood of Hasakah city.

In Damascus countryside, the body of 7-year-old Asil Rifaat Khattab was found after she had been missing for several days. She was found dead in al-Dumayr housing area.

In the city of al-Atarib in Aleppo countryside, a young man died after accidentally sustaining a gunshot wound to the head.

In the town of Qamhana, north of Hama, a person was killed after unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire directly at him.

A young man was also killed in the village of Sheikh Ali Kassoun in Hama countryside after gunmen opened fire directly at him.

In Idlib, 3 civilians were killed and 6 others, including children, were injured in an explosion inside a house in the village of Ain al-Qasab near Jisr al-Shughur.
