In the western Daraa countryside, a citizen and a woman were shot dead by unknown gunmen while working on agricultural land in the town of Sheikh Saad. In a separate incident, a person was killed near the al-Atal roundabout in al-Shuhail in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, allegedly over a blood feud.
In Hama, gunmen targeted a young man with direct gunfire in the al-Qusour neighborhood. A young man was also killed by a landmine explosion left over from the war in the al-A'laf neighborhood in the city of al-Sanamayn in the northern Daraa countryside.
The village of Akrad al-Dasniyah, north of Homs, witnessed a "field execution carried out by a group affiliated with the General Security, accompanied by gunmen, against a civilian after torturing him," according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
In the Latakia countryside, a man and his son were killed during a security raid targeting the village of Basin in the town of Qardaha, during an attempt to arrest them. Another person was killed by gunfire from a security patrol on the Homs-Masyaf road after being interrogated about his religious affiliation.
In Tartous, a woman died of her injuries after her home was targeted by a drone in the village of al-Tali'i in the Safita countryside.
