Mercenary confesses: They forced us to fight against SDF under the name of the tribes

One of the National Defense mercenaries who crossed the Euphrates River to the town of Busira, and participated in attacking the forces of the “Security Enhancement” operation, admitted that they had received orders to fight against the Syrian Democratic Forces under the name (the clans).

On Saturday, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces published on its official website, confessions of one of the National Defense mercenaries, who was arrested by the SDF in the " Enhancement Security" operation, one of the mercenaries of the intruding armed groups in Deir ez-Zor that attacked the forces of the operation, under the name “tribal sons.” Here is the text according to the website. the official:

“One of the members of the so-called “National Defense Forces” of the Syrian regime, who was arrested by our forces in the town of “Busira” during the sweep operations carried out by our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, as part of the “ Enhancement Security ” operation, revealed that instructions were issued by the commander of his group within “National Defense” began fighting against our forces under the name “clanes” in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.

The so-called (Ghayath Jumaa Sahour), who comes from the countryside of Damascus, made his confessions, and said: “In Damascus, I communicated with a person named (Abu Basil Dhia/Ghazi), who is an element of the National Defense Forces in Deir ez-Zor, and he offered me to join his group.” "and I accepted his offer."

He added: “During my work in that group, I got to know another person named (Ali Ramadan Khalaf) from the town of (Busira ) in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor,” and he explained that: “Under orders and instructions from the leader of my group (Abu Basil), I crossed the river with (Ali). Euphrates to the area called (Jazira), and when the problems and events broke out, I was in the town of (Busira).”

He added to his confessions by saying: “Under instructions issued by my group leader, they forced us to fight against the Syrian Democratic Forces under the name of (the clans), and while I was participating in the fighting, I was arrested by the Syrian Democratic Forces in the town of Busira.”

Although the Syrian regime claims that the elements that fought the Syrian Democratic Forces and spread chaos in some villages and towns of the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor and looted, burned and destroyed service institutions there are members of the “tribes.” However, our forces were able to arrest a number of members of the so-called “National Defense” of the Syrian regime during combing operations.”
