The Manbij Military Council revealed today, through a statement, that their forces monitored the movements of the mercenaries of “Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham/formerly the Al-Nusra Front,” which is classified on global terrorism lists, on the outskirts of the city of Manbij, specifically in many villages west and north of the city of Manbij, the villages of “Al-Yashli.” Sheikh Nasser, northwest of Manbij.

The Council's statement confirmed that the mercenaries placed heavy weapons there and intended to empty the villages of their residents.
