The Syrian Democratic Forces confirmed that the attack on social and patriotic symbols is an act that contradicts morals and social norms, incites hatred and threatens the social connectionin the region.

The Director of the Media Center of the SDF, Farhad Shami, told ANHA agency today, regarding the recent events that took place in the city of Hasaka.

He said, "The Syrian Democratic Forces followed up the events that took place during the past days in the city of Hasaka, following the attack on one of the social and partiotic symbols of the region, the sheikh of the Jabour clan, Abd al-Aziz al-Muslat, and the subsequent attempts to provoke the clan's members".

He continued, "The attak on the ruler Sheikh is a form of immoral pests that are excessive in hatred, as our forces affirm that such acts contrary to morals and social norms incite hatred and threaten the social connection in the region, and we affirm our complete rejection and non-acceptance of it under any circumstances."

He added, "Our forces stress the need to show permanent respect for all social symbols, and also call on all residents to beware of sedition and not be drawn into attempts of provocation".
