4th Division prevents relief materials from neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh

The Fourth Division has been preventing relief materials for the people of Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods for 3 days, in order to reinforce the policies of imposing a siege on the two neighborhoods.

Several sources told ANHA agency's correspondents that the "Fourth Division" of the Damascus government has prevented the relief materials from entering Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods.

The sources noted that the number of trucks loaded with relief shipments heading to Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood reached four.

The "Fourth Division" members have been preventing these trucks from entering the two neighborhoods, 3 days ago, under pretexts, most notably: "There are no orders from above to let us cross" (there are no orders from the higher authorities to pass the trucks).

The "Fourth Division" of the Damascus government is imposing a tight siege on Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods, threatening the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, especially with the approach of winter and the lack of fuel.
