Autonomous Administration hands over 40 children and 15 women to France

Foreign Relations Department of Autonomous Administration of north and east Syria handed over 40 children and 15 women from the families of ISIS mercenaries to a delegation from the French Ministry of foreign affairs.

The Department of Foreign Relations of AANES, based in the city of Qamishlo, received on Wednesday a delegation from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs headed by Ambassador Stephane Romatte, head of the crisis management and support center at the French Foreign Ministry.

The delegation was received by the deputy co-chair of the Department Fannar al-Kaeet, members of the Department Rubil Baho and Khalid Ibrahim

During the meeting, Fannar Al-Kaeet praised France's pioneering role in supporting the region, in humanitarian and economic terms, and said: "We hope that this relationship will develop further towards more cooperation to maintain the security and stability of this region.

For his part, the delegation of the French Foreign Ministry, Stephane Romatte, thanked the AANES, saying: "I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the authorities in north and east Syria, especially Mr. Fannar, for your wonderful welcome to us today."

This is the second time I have visited the regions of north and east Syria to discuss the political aspects, the difficult conditions and the challenges that the people of north and east Syria faced it.

At the end of the meeting, the 2 sides signed the contract of the official handover document, the Department of Foreign Relations in Autonomous Administration of north and east Syria to hand over 40 children and 15 women from the families of ISIS mercenaries to the delegation of French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
