​​​​​​​`We must unite with our military forces and Autonomous administration for defense of the region`

The Turkish occupation state is carrying out all thinkable crimes against the people of North and East Syria in their attempt to carry out their Ottoman dreams and widen their occupation.

`THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY HAS NO INTENTION TO SOLVE THE COUNTRY`S CRISIS`

Haj Isa, president of the Future Syria Party General Assembly in Euphrates region spoke to our agency and said: “The thing which made Syria a target is its strategic geography which connects Asia, Africa and Europe. In international congresses held recently, the Syrian issue was the subject most discussed. This confirms Syria`s importance to the entire world. The international community has no intention to resolve the Syrian crisis.”

Haj Isa staed that Moscow has problems with Europe and that these problems needs to be solved and continued: “On the other side, they are waging war in Ukraine. This war is not only agianst Ukraine, its also against Europe. This is why Syria has become an area of tension between those countries.”

`ATTEMPTS TO REVIVE THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE`

Haj Isa pointed out that the Turkish state wants to revive the Ottoman Empire, thus resorting to attempts of widening their occupation and make themselves a regional force to be reckoned with and continued: “They also attempt to get their place in the new world system which the bigger states are creating. At the same time, they attempt to get approval from those states to force the local population in the region into migration and occupy those regions as a result.”

Regarding the statements made by Turkish officials on the creatiion of a “safe-zone”, Haj Isa made this evaluation of the topci: "We see that they are talking about this as if the region is empty of its citizens and as if nobody is living there. They then forcibly place more than a million refugees in those areas and attempt to create chaos and fear which will have a negative effect on the Syrian people.”

Regarding the trilateral summit in Tehran between Russia, Turkey and Iran, Haj Isa stated that: “In the recent meeting, the Turkish occupation state attempted to get approval for occupying new regions in North and East Syria and to continue their plans of demographic change. Their wish was rejected and because of this, they resort to the use of UAV`s to attack the reigon.”

Haj Isa called on the International Coalition to clarify its position against the attacks carried out by the Turkish ocupation state in North and East Syria, especially their use of UAV`s, against those who defeated the ISIS gang members. He called on political parties and activists in North and East Syria to create untiy between themselves and makes sure the airspace of the region gets closed off by the use of diplomatic efforts.

Haj Isa concluded by calling on the international community and said: “The Turkish occupation state is carrying out terror against our regions. They are breaching all international laws. They cross the borders of neighbouring countries and scare their people. They use media institutions to distort facts and truths. The world has a responsibility to support North and East Syria and set a limit against Turkey.”

Muhammed Berkel, deputy chair of the Syria Future Party`s assembly of Manbij, spoke on the threats of the Turkish occupation state`s threats of occupying new regions in North and East Syria, especially Tel Rifaat and Manbij. He said the following: “ From a societal side, Manbij is important in the sense that it is well known for the diversity of its components. Kurds, Arabs, Circassians and Turkmens live there. This is the model for a communal life and brotherhood of the peoples. They have lovely relations and there is peace between them. National and social unity, economical progression and the availability of means of livelihood has caught everyone`s attention. Due to this, all sides are in a conflict to win over this city and make it a part of their hegemonial regions.”

Berkel pointed out that the Turkish occupation state is making military threats and insists on liberating and cleansing Manbij from terrorism and said: “In reality , they are attempting to carry out their own goals and aims in the region. This results in serving their foreign interests and agendas which are attempting to harm the country and take advantage of the people`s welfare”

Berkel pointed out that the Turkish state is attempting to cut western Euphrates off from the east and leave Syria`s regions divided, just like it was during the times of the Ottoman state. It also aims to destroy the Autonomous Admistration`s model which is carrying out the democratic nation project.  

Muhamemd Berkel concluded by saying: “ As components of Mabij, we must create our untiy and support the SDF`s forces which are defending the gains made by their martyrs and defend the unity of Syria.”
