6 women wounded in ongoing Turkish assaults during July

31 villages and towns in Shirawa and al-Shahba districts were bombed by the Turkish army during July, as a result of which 6 women and 2 soldiers of the Damascus govt were injured, in addition to material damage to the property of the people.

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries bombed 31 villages in al-Shahba and Sherawa districts of the occupied canton of Afrin.

According to the statistics prepared by ANHA, the towns and villages that were bombed are: "Umm al-Qura, al-Wahashiya, Baynah, Aqiba, Sughanka, Harsh Sughanki, Bayunieh, Ain Digna, Mara'naz, Malikiyah, Tal Qarah, Ziyarah, Tal Ajar, Isharyiyah, Tanab, Meng, Samouqa, Kafr Antoine, Tal Rifaat, Deir Jamal, Shawargha, Umm al-Hosh, Hassajik, and Diq. Tell Jigan, Ziwan, Tal Enab Nayrabiya, Harbel, Mayassa, and Burj Al-Qas

Weapons used by the occupation in bombing villages: “Ubis, mortar shells, dushka weapons, tanks and heavy artillery.”

- The number of Ubis shells fired: 2323.

- Tank shells: 165 shells.

- Mortar shells: 633 shells.

During the month of July, the Turkish occupation used drones to target the area, especially the Tel Rifaat district.

While suicide UAVs were used for 4 times in targeting the area, injuring 2 soldiers of the Damascus government forces.

The Turkish bombing on al-Shahba canton resulted in injury 6 displaced women from Afrin, in Sheikh Eis village and Tel Rifaat district.
