HPG commemorates 7 guerillas martyred in 2016

HPG Media Office released a statement regarding the martyred guerillas:

“Our fight for freedom continues at the highest level in Zap and Avashin. Our comrades are fighting face to face against the enemy in the Resistance Areas. They have hindered the progress of the enemy with their strong and moral force and are dealing heavy blows to the enemy on a daily basis. The moral strength that has been inspired by the resistance of our comrades is definitely the extraordinary resistance that Leader Apo is doing in Imrali and our promise to fulfill the dreams of our comrades. Our martyrs from 2016 are also a source of morale for our comrades who are fighting today, and with the belief that they will be able to fight, they have fought against the Turkish occupation army. Our comrades Firat, Hejar, Serhat, Kajiyan, Erish, Judi and Zinar are like the arcitects of today`s resistance, they have earned their place with honor in the history of our people`s freedom. On the anniversary of their martyrdom, we comemorate our dear comrades and once again comemorate them with great honor and promise to fulfill their dreams.
