Body of murdered woman found in Al-Hol camp

​​​​​​​Internal Security Forces found the body of a woman killed in Al-Hol camp, bringing the number of killings in Al-Hol camp since the beginning of this year to 24.

ANHA correspondent in Al-Hol district of Hasaka Canton reported that Internal Security Forces recently found the body of a murdered woman in football field within the third sector designated for Iraqis inside Al-Hol camp.

And the security authorities in the camp were quoted as saying that the body is unidentified, as her identity has not been identified yet.

With this case of killing, the number of people killed in the camp this year has reached 24 Syrian and Iraqi "men and women", and 13 others were injured in similar killing attempts.

Al-Hol camp is considered one of the most dangerous camps in the world, as it includes the families of most extremist ISIS mercenaries, including "Syrians, Iraqis and foreigners", especially those who arrived in the camp in February 2019, who surrendered to Syria Democratic Forces during Al-Jazeera Storm campaign against ISIS mercenaries in Al-Baghouz in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zor.

Al-Hol camp, which consists of 9 sectors, includes, according to camp administration's records, 56 thousand and 97 people, including 29 thousand and 152 of Iraqi nationality. The number of Syrians among them reaches 18,863 people.

While the number of women and children of foreign ISIS mercenaries reaches 8,109 people, and they live in an isolated sector.
