Among the martyrs, the deputy co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Farhad Shibli, who was on a visit to the city of Sulaymaniyah to undergo some medical examinations and treatment.

The targeting sparked widespread condemnation of the brutality of the Turkish occupation state, and the silence of the Hewler and Baghdad governments.

The Autonomous Administration in the Euphrates region indicated that the Turkish occupation is indifferent to international norms and the national sovereignty of neighboring countries.

This came during a statement delivered on Monday; In the presence of dozens of members and administrators of the Autonomous Administration in the Euphrates region; In front of the Executive Council building in the city of Kobani.

Marwa Duraiei, co-chair of the Economic Body in the Region, read the statement in Arabic; deputy co-chairmanship of the Executive Council of the region, Nihad Ahmed in Kurdish.

The statement stated: "In continuation and consolidation of the policy of cross-border terrorism, the Turkish occupation state is targeting safe citizens through its UAVs, indifferent to international norms and the national sovereignty of neighboring countries. The statement called on "the free world, human rights institutions, the United Nations, and the guarantor countries of the cease-fire agreements to put an end to the violations and crimes of the Turkish occupying state, to make way for establishing a ground for defeating ISIS."
