In an interview with ANHA, Zaid Al-Ayoubi, Al-Ayoubi began his speech by pointing out that the most dangerous thing that peoples can be exposed to are the brutal occupations, considering that the best people to talk about the crimes of the occupations are the Palestinians who have been coexisting with them for a long time.

Al-Ayoubi described the Turkish occupation of the region as an abhorrent occupation that threatens the fate of peoples, and said, "The Turkish occupation is a brutal occupation that attacks the future of peoples. It is a criminal occupation in every sense of the word, killing thousands, destroying homes, displacing people, and people thirst by reducing Euphrates waters.

About Turkey's cutting off the Euphrates waters, Al-Ayoubi said, "Everyone knows the issue of the conflict over the river, which Turkey considers part of its sovereignty, while international law classifies it as a river from its source to its mouth as a single unit, no one has the right to monopolize its water."

He continued in this context, "Of course, this is a kind of war on people, as ethnic cleansing. When you thirst people, you intend to kill them, and therefore the intent of mass murder and the intention of forced displacement exists.

These crimes are described in the Fourth Geneva Convention and the Hague Treaty of 1917, and also described in the The Rome Statute founding the International Criminal Court in 1998 in Articles VII and VIII.

Zaid Al-Ayoubi, added, referring to the best ways to confront Turkey, saying, "It is very important that we work as elites in this context on two tracks; the first track is to deliver the message of those oppressed in NE Syria, regardless of their nationality

Regarding the second track, he said that their path as lawyers and jurists "is to go to the international courts and write down this case, so that we file cases against these criminals, including Erdogan and the military and political leaders, and everyone who is proven to be involved in killing people, and destroying their homes."

On the Palestinian issue, Al-Ayoubi added, "We know the disadvantages of Erdogan actions on the Palestinian cause, the latest of which was the exchanges in Jerusalem.

A few days ago, the Turkish Foreign Minister came to visit Al-Aqsa and then went and laid a wreath at the tomb of Theodor Herzl, the founder of global Zionism, who sanctified the dream of building the entity of Israel on the ruins of the people. Palestinian".

About the Turkish elections, Al-Ayoubi expected that Erdogan would not win the elections in 2023, unless he rigged the elections, or if he himself staged a coup against the constitutional institutions inside Turkey.

At the conclusion of his speech, lawyer and political writer Zeid Al-Ayoubi said, " Erdogan's criminal policy is known and we need to develop plans, strategies and a true belief to defeat Turkish occupation army.
