This came during the confessions of two Moroccan women of ISIS mercenaries to our agency, who had escaped from Al-Hol camp, known as the most dangerous camp in the world, accompanied by others of Russian nationality, before they were arrested by the Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria in the city of Manbij.

The Internal Security Forces in North and East Syria were able to arrest 7 people from the families of ISIS mercenaries, "women and children" of "Moroccan and Russian" nationalities, in the city of Manbij, on May 20, who fled from the al-Hol camp, located 45 km east of the city Al-Hasakah, and through the city of Manbij, they tried to reach the occupied areas, according to their confessions.

The attempt to escape from al-Hol camp, which includes thousands of families of ISIS mercenaries, "Syrians, Iraqis, and foreigners", coincided with the escalation of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries from its attacks and threats on north and east Syria, by targeting and bombing frontlines areas, with its occupation areas, and targeting other separate areas through its drones.

Fatima al-Zahra Abd al-Hafiz Tliwan from Morocco, 17-year-old through communicating with one of her friends involved in the ranks of ISIS mercenaries, called Umm Maysa, who resides in the city of Idlib occupied by the Turkish occupation state, contacted a smuggler named Abu Bandar, to be safe escaping from the camp.

She says about her attempt to mention the fictitious names of people without revealing their true names, "Since I arrived at the camp in 2019, I have tried to communicate with friends of mine in the Islamic State, including my friend Umm Maysa, who resides in Idlib city, and after the communication, the conditions were created for me to communicate with a smuggler. He is known as Abu Bandar, to get me out of the camp to Turkey."

Fatima Tliwan points out that the process of securing her escape from the camp to Turkish territory came after her agreement with the so-called Abu Munther on the amount of 18,000 US dollars in return, and she said: "I was not alone, according to what I witnessed. The Russian woman is also waiting for the vehicle to leave the camp."

On how they were able to escape, and the destination they were going to, she said: "We went out through the garbage transport machinery from the camp, and through the countryside of Hasaka and Raqqa, and hid in several houses in the area between the camp and Raqqa, and we were arrested in one of the houses inside Manbij. I'm trying to reach Ras al-Ain."

While Sarah Al-Muhrir, also from Morocco, who was arrested with the same group, was preparing to head to the city of Idlib occupied by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, saying, "I left the camp and was heading to Idlib."

On how to secure the amount, Fatima Tliwan pointed out that the Turkish “IHH” organization was the one who helped her financially to escape from the camp, and it helps the camp’s women by securing smugglers or by securing financial liquidity, until they reach the areas of the organization’s presence on Syrian territory, in reference to the Syrian areas occupied by Turkey.

Likewise, another Moroccan, Iman Al-Mahrir, indicated that the "IHH" organization was one of the organizations that helped her escape from the camp, to the areas occupied by Turkey.

IHH is one of the Turkish organizations known as "The Foundation for Human Rights, Freedoms and Relief", a Turkish organization that describes itself as a non-governmental, rather an international organization that is active in the field of humanitarian relief, human rights and humanitarian diplomacy in more than 100 countries and was founded in 1992 in Istanbul, and in 1995 it was Announcing its establishment as a humanitarian relief organization based in Istanbul, ANHA’s agency previously talked about it in a report
