In line with threats made by Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan against North eastern Syria to carry out a military incursion against NES to form the so-called safe zone people took to the streets in the occupied city of Afrin. Protesters called for the withdrawal of the Turkish occupation state from occupied areas.  These protests spread quickly to Bab, Marea, Azaz and Soran in eastern Aleppo.

These revived the hopes that all areas under the Turkish occupation forces be liberated from Turkish forces and to live freely as NES in the course of the Syrian crisis.

Citizen Bashar Khati from the district of Darbassiye of the Hasaka Canton says '' we back and support protesters in Afrin, all NES in particular and Syrian in general ought to support them. the Turkish occupation state targets all Syrian components and aims to occupy all Syrian lands and to expand the spot of occupied lands''.

Khati wondered the so-called safe zone adopted by Recep Tayyip Erdogan as all areas under Turkish occupation undergo anarchy '' in these occupied areas we see the contrary of what Erdogan says, they are fields for murder and most appalling crimes''.

Khati said the Turkish occupiers attack our areas under the clock of combating terrorists. These are pretexts and allegations to subvert the peace  and security of the region and to abort the idea of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria that attained victories and made gains to be modelled upon''.

From his part, citizen Ali Saleh attributed the protests to comprehension of protesters of the reality of the Turkish occupation state and its policies that aim to occupy all Syrian lands and to the crimes committed against them that serve Turkish agendas and polices, we are supporting tem and we hope that all Syrian occupied areas be liberated from Turkey and its mercenaries''.

While member of the PYD Nu'man Erebo ruled out what Turkish occupation state claims that it seeks to form an safe zone saying it tries to revive the Ottoman Empire legacy.

Erebo said: there is neither peace nor security in areas under Turkish occupation state. the most of appalling crimes are committed in the areas under its occupation. It has paid agents that serve its agendas and what is being taking place in the occupied areas is a hard proof.

Erebo believes that protests and moves in areas under occupation is the best way to end the Turkish occupation in Syrian.
