Council of Clans Notables: We condemn Turkish aggression against our safe regions

 In a statement, the Council of Clans Notables in the Eastern Region condemned the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on northern and eastern Syria and the Medyas' legitimate defense areas in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan), calling on the United Nations, the UN Security Council and human rights organizations to put an end to such inhumane abuses.

 The Council of Clans Notables in the Eastern Region made a statement condemning the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the region, in Derik by the council’s spokesman, Sheikh Sinan Sidoush.

 He stated: "The arrogant Turkish government is waging campaigns against northern and eastern Syria that enjoys security and safety, and whose sons watered every inch of it with their blood.

 The statement clarified, "The  honors of people of NES, were passed down from generation to generation, and their characteristics were brotherhood."

 The statement continued: "We say to this country (the Turkish state), which claims Islam and orders the assault on the sanctity of neighbors, killing innocents, and settling those whom extremists who were drawn from all parts of the earth.  He abused them for his inhumane project. This racist project with which he is trying to cover up his betrayal and economic deterioration so he tries to delude the whole world with his project called the safe zone, according to his claim.  It's like we're the aggressors."

 The statement stressed, "Erdogan has occupied many areas in northern and eastern Syria, turning them into a haven for extremists against all components of the Kurds and Arabs, starting with Afrin, Gire Spi and Serêkaniyê, and ending with his invocation of his national security towards attacks against the safe mountains of Kurdistan, violating the sovereignty of countries."  , taking advantage of international crises to implement his arbitrary racist project and ignite the fire of strife between the components.

 The statement stressed, "We condemn this aggression against our safe areas and stable mountains, and call on the United Nations, the UN Security Council and human rights organizations to put an end to such inhumane abuses."
