Manbij administration condemns the silence of international community

Last Wednesday, Turkish occupation state' president threatened to occupy Manbij and Til Rifa'at, amid uncertainty surrounding the positions of international powers and Arab countries.

Commenting on this, Noura al-Hamid, co-chair of Executive Council of Democratic Civil Administration in the city of Manbij and its countryside, said during a statement to ANHA agency that "Turkish state is significantly and continuously escalating its attacks and threats against the people, targeting the security and stability of the region."

Noura added, "Where was Turkish state when ISIS mercenaries took control of Syrian cities, which today Erdogan threatens repeatedly to cleanse, wondering? Will he liberate them from their people who fought ISIS, which was threatening the whole world?"

Noura indicated that the people of NE Syria offered martyrs in order to liberate their cities and land from the abomination of ISIS terrorism, and today Erdogan is returning these mercenaries who fled to its lands and plunged them into the fight in north of Syria against the original owners of the land.

Noura confirmed that democratic civil administration in Manbij and its countryside condemns and denounces all Turkish threats and attacks on their areas that were liberated with blood, and they will not accept any attack on them.

And she continued: "The goal of Turkish state is to displace the people of the region, tamper with the gains of the martyrs."

At the conclusion of her speech, co-chair of Executive Council of Democratic Civil Administration in the city of Manbij and its countryside, Noura al-Hamid, called on the international community and public opinion to intervene and stop Turkish state from its threats and attacks against the people of the region.
