The statement stated, "Since the establishment of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria to take over and organize community affairs and political affairs, the Syrian Democratic Council has had a political and societal vision to organize and create the ground for the work of parties and political forces, which resulted in the establishment of our party, to express the aspirations of the Syrians of all stripes under the current circumstances that requires the presence of a Syrian political party that pursues democracy and the vision of a solution in Syria in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy with the exit of all occupations, and for Syria to be a state of peace and justice.

The statement explained, "Since the founding conference until today, our party has turned into a political force with a mass base that enables it to take over the political scene in the next stage. The organizational status of the party's work during the last period was evaluated by emphasizing the role of the organization in partisan transformation and upgrading it to reach various segments."  society, expanding the mass base, disseminating its ideas and principles, enriching the party personality in terms of intellectual, political and cultural aspects, and praising the role of women and youth as a political, vital and effective part of society.”

The statement affirmed, "The two conferences agreed on the following recommendations:

Working to stop the war and achieve sustainable peace in Syria, release detainees, reveal the fate of the disappeared, and work for the return of the displaced.

 - Demanding that the file of the martyr Hevrin Khalaf be referred to the competent international trial, and the prosecution before the International Criminal Court against all those involved in the crime and their supporters, as one of the described war crimes.
