The political parties in the city of Raqqa denounced the international silence about the Turkish attacks on NE Syria, and stressed that their goal is to occupy Syrian territory.

Today, the political parties in the city of Raqqa issued a statement to the public opinion, which was attended by members of the Democratic Modernity Party of Syria, the Syrian Kurdish Left Party, the National Alliance Party, the Kurdistan Fraternity Party, the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Syria, the Future Syria Party, the Kurdistan Republican Party and the Democratic Union Party.

The statement was read by the member of the Democratic Union Party in Raqqa, Ghazi al-Yassin, it stated: "Recently, the Turkish occupation state has intensified its attacks against NE Syria, through drones and bombing cities with cannons and missiles, and this is not new for the state that has taken a sabotage role since the beginning of the Syrian crisis furthermore it distorted the course of the revolution, by feeding and supporting extremist factions. and ISIS mercenaries to undermine the gains of our revolution and destroy the democratic project.

It added, " The Turkish state was founded on a policy of denial of the other, displacement and destruction, and it works to create chaos to express its unbridled desire to strike security and stability."

The statement added, "The Turkish occupation state is cooperating with some Kurdish political parties to disregard all efforts of uniting the Kurdish ranks and close the ports to North and East Syria.

Turkey is also working to tear apart the Kurdish ranks and continue to build the wall, in addition to the Geographical change in cities of Afrin, Girê Spî, Tal Abyad and Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain.

The statement concluded by saying "We, the political parties in Raqqa, condemn the silence and inaction of the International Community, primarily the active forces in the Syrian file and all human rights organizations about Turkish attacks on NE, Syria.
