With the participation of hundreds of Kurds residing in Damascus, the march denouncing the attacks of the Turkish occupation on northeastern Syria and its legitimate defense areas was launched today, in the Zorava neighborhood of the Syrian capital, Damascus, amid slogans denouncing the Turkish attacks and saluting the resistance of Guerilla.

After a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party in Damascus, Fadel Buzan, delivered a speech in which he condemned the recent attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the regions of north and east Syria and called on the whole Syrian people to stand in the face of the Turkish occupation and its repeated and illegal attacks  and international norms, stressing that without ending the Turkish occupation of Syrian lands, peace and stability in Syria cannot be achieved.

Buzan also denounced the KDP's cooperation with the Turkish occupation in launching attacks on the Peoples Defense Forces, and called on the Kurdish people in Başûr Kurdistan to express their rejection of the KDP's policies that only serve the enemies of the Kurdish people.

It is noteworthy that the drones of the Turkish occupation army targeted, on April 20, a car on the road to the villages of Ideq and Tokht, south of Kobani, as a result of which three fighters of the Women’s Protection Units were martyred, and returned to bombard the neighborhoods of the city of Kobani with artillery, on April 22, in which citizens were injured.
