HRE: 9 mercenaries dead and 12 injured

In a statement released by Afrin Liberation Forces, the HRE, outcome of operations against Turkish occupation forces and mercenary groups in Afrin and Shahba between 17 – 23, August was revealed.

The HRE statement reads:

''Our forces conducted series of effective operations against the attacks of the Turkish occupation state and its affiliated mercenaries factions, between 17 and 23 of August.

On August 17, a sabotage operation conducted by Şehîd Avesta Team in Qurbê village in Cindirês sub-district resulted in killing a mercenary leader named "Abu Dojana" and 2 others.

On August 21, a mercenary was killed and two others were wounded in a sabotage operation in Ashrafiya neighborhood, Afrin-occupied city.

On 22 and 23 of August, in the village of Keferxweşê in the town of Ezaz, 2 effective operations were carried out against the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation state;

2 were killed and 7 others were wounded in the action, on August 22.

3 were killed and 3 others were wounded in the action, on August 23. A position and a container were also destroyed in the action.

The overall of the conducted operations; 9 mercenaries were killed and 12 others were wounded''.
