3 deaths, 35 new COVID 19 cases in NE, Syria

On Monday, the Health Body of the Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria announced the registration of three deaths of people infected with the corona virus in NE, Syria.

Dr. Joan Mustafa, Co-chair of the Health Body of the Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria, explained that the deaths are two men from Hasakah and a man from Amuda.

Mustafa confirmed that they had registered 35 new corona virus infections in north and east Syria, 17 males and 14 females.

It is distributed as follows:

Hasakah 8 cases

Qamishlo 3 cases

Dirk 4 cases

Amuda 3 cases

Raqqa 11 cases

Deir –ez-Zor 3 cases

Shahba 1 case

Hol Camp 2 cases

Mustafa added that they had registered six new cases of recovery.

The number of cases of Corona virus infection in NE, Syria reportedly increased with the announcement of these new cases.

17,857 cases, including 729 deaths, and 1,804 recoveries.
