Mulla Youssef noted that the Turkish state began its occupation scheme from Garê to Avaşin, Zap and Matina under the pretext of combating the existence of the PKK, with the aim of exterminating the Kurdish people, noting that the Turkish state “sees the existence of the Kurdish people through the PKK.

Mulla Youssef pointed that the Turkish state has been trying for hundreds of years to end the existence of the Kurdish people, "as it has been written in history since the outbreak of the (Manzikert) battle in 1071 and until now, the Turkish state wants to eliminate the Kurdish people, but it has failed with all its plans and conspiracy."

'Leader Ocalan put forward the peace project'

Mulla Youssef touched on the peace process that the AKP government thwarted, and said on the subject: “Leader Ocalan proposed the concept of peace and a democratic nation among peoples, and he suggested to the Turkish state peace with the Kurdish people and resolving conflicts and problems through peaceful means and dialogue, but the Turkish state did not accept dialogue and peace, it continued its hostile plans, and in the end its people were harmed by its continuous conspiracies instead of spreading peace among peoples. "

He emphasized that Turkey is trying to extend its roots by force to all countries, as it did in Libya, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Greece and other countries, to attack the peoples of the world in a barbaric manner, while the international community remains silent about the Turkish plans.

Mulla Youssef noted during his speech that the Turkish occupation countries are pursuing a comprehensive plan against the Kurdish people and the peoples of the region. "Our people in Kurdistan are all linked to each other and parts of a comprehensive plan. Therefore, our political parties, especially the Kurdish political parties in Başûr, must stand against the plans of the Turkish state."

Saeed Mulla Youssef concluded his speech by saying: “The Kurdish people, intellectuals and political parties must take a firm stand against the attacks of the Turkish occupation. We will remain vulnerable to Turkish plans and attacks. "
