HPG families: Turkish Occupation attacks are the policy of separation of head from body

The families of HPG fighters in al-Shahba canton condemned the Turkish Occupying State's attacks on legitimate defense zones, saying "These attacks are the policy of separating the head from the body and continuing with the isolation imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan."

Denouncing the Turkish Occupation attacks in the legitimate defense zones " Zap, Avaşîn, Metîna" and Şengal, dozens of families of HPG fighters in the garden of Nahiyet Ahdath in Al-Shahba district have gathered, raising photos of the Leader Abdullah Ocalan, to make statement in both languages, Kurdish from by Rehana Alou, and Arabic by Muhammad Khoja.

At the outset, the statement condemned the "brutal fascist attacks targeting legitimate defense zones," and explained that they came "after the loss of the fascist Turkish State in the Gare Mountains to hide its failure, crush its mercenary and kill it by special forces."

'Separation of head from body '

The families of the HPG fighters asserted that "this policy is a continuation of the policy of annihilation, obliterating and division among the Kurdish people to remove us from the line of resistance and the line of innocent martyrs, as well as the policy of separating head from body of the peoples who are eager for freedom in the person of Leader Abdullah Ocalan with the severe isolation imposed upon him to undermine the will of the peoples who call for the project of a democratic nation and brotherhood of peoples."

'Blessed Resistance to Guerilla

The statement referred to the continuing violations in the occupied territories targeting women, systematic forced exodus, demographic change in Afrin in particular, the cutting off of the lifeline and the use of the Euphrates water-blocking weapon for millions of souls.

The families of the HPG fighters emphasized "the close association with the thinking and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Ocalan" the blessing of the resistance shown by "the Guerilla in the mountains of freedom to reach a peaceful solution for all peoples and save the remaining humanity, which is being eradicated by the black thought of Erdogan and his mercenaries."

The families also condemned the silence of the Kurdistan Regional Government, adding, "We pledge to step up our struggle and renew our pledge to continue our struggle and resistance on all fronts and to achieve the liberation of all the occupied territories from Ottoman fascism such as Dash/ISIS, terrorist factions, and achieving the victory, freedom and justice in the Middle East."
