Local, regional and foreign media have monitored the decrease in the water of the Euphrates River within its course in Syrian territory, the irrigation channels on this river have stopped, also stations that feed the north- eastern of Syria with drinking water have gone out, as well as reduced the electricity generation hours in the region.

Among the media that have monitored the reality of the river is Al Aan TV, via its correspondent Ronak Sheikh, its monitoring of the reality of that river, what the decrease might lead to in the event of continued international silence, and the Turkish State's continued of blocking water, talked to ANHA agency.

She added: "The flow of water into Syrian territory from Turkish territory is significantly different from what was agreed upon and according to the Three-Party Agreement" Turkey, Syria, Iraq, "because we have observed a catastrophic decrease in the ratio, the areas on the bank of the Euphrates river are entirely dependent on the Euphrates river, whether for irrigation, drinking water or electricity supply."

Speaking to a foreign media agency about its monitoring of the reality of the Euphrates River, the Director of the Voice of America Office in northern and eastern Syria, Zana Omar, said: "The dramatic decrease in the level of the Euphrates River and its lakes that we are now monitoring has never before been seen from drought and decline."

He pointed out that those Turkish steps make it imperative for the international community and the international coalition to press Turkey to stop doing so, because Turkey is essentially targeting the security and stability of the region, which is one of the objectives of the International Coalition and the international community in the region. "

He added" Turkey must open the water to pass into the Syrian lands, and international community must interfere for allowing passing Euphrates River according to the agreements that had been signed.

According to Zana Omar, Turkey exploits of drinking water for its political conflicts and objectives during wars, which is totally contrary to humanitarian law during wars, and Turkey's cut off of the Euphrates water flow followed international condemnation, mainly by the United States of America, to cut off the waters of the Aluk plant from areas in eastern Syria.

On the reasons for Turkey's crime, according to Al- Alan TV correspondent Ronak Sheikh's monitoring of the reality of the region, she said: "After its military failure in northern and eastern Syria, and having occupied areas of northern and eastern Syria through its mercenary, Turkey has been deliberately targeting Syrians today."
