The people of Tayy neighborhood expressed their happiness at returning to their homes, after the security measures taken by the Internal Security Forces to ensure this.

Dozens of families returned to their homes in Tayy neighborhood today, after the Internal Security Forces expelled the mercenaries of the National Defense of the Damascus Government from the neighborhood.

Yesterday evening, the Internal Security Forces issued a statement announcing that a permanent ceasefire agreement had been reached, with the guarantee of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Russian Military Police.

During their statement, the forces called on the people who hope to return to review the security points to secure their entry and ensure the safety of their properties.

ANHA agency's camera monitored the time when people entered the neighborhood with the help of the Internal Security Forces, in order to ensure their safety and secure their return.

Five days after they left their homes, they returned today, thanking the Internal Security Forces.

Citizens, who refused to reveal their identities, (fearing for their relatives in the areas of the National Defense mercenaries), expressed their joy after their safe return to their homes.

While some of them said: “Some of the National Defense mercenaries contacted us, and they told us that your homes were demolished and looted by the Internal Security Forces.

While some citizens began checking their homes, and reassuring some families who are still outside the neighborhood, that they are now safe with the presence of the Internal Security Forces, and their homes are safe, assuring that they can return.

It is worth noting that the Internal Security Forces in Qamishlo expelled, on Monday, the mercenaries of the National Defense from Tayy neighborhood, south of the city, after violent clashes that broke out in the hours after midnight yesterday.
