The occupation and its mercenaries have continued for about 4 months, building artificial borders and raising the earth mounds inside the Syrian territories in Ain Issa district, in a step that confirms the occupation's efforts to carve out the Syrian lands.

The co-chair of the occupied Girê Spi / Tal Abyad canton, Hamid al-Abd, had previously told ANHA that the Turkish occupation was taking advantage of the silence of the international community to build artificial borders supported by military bases at a depth of 32 km inside the Syrian territories, stressing that this comes within the framework of expansion and legitimizing its occupation.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation has built 5 military bases on the outskirts of the town of Ain Issa, in front of the villages of “Al-Khalidiya, Al-Maalik, Hoshan, Al-Mushrifa and Sayda ” on the M4 International Road leading to Kobani district, since November of last year.
