Deir-ez-Zor notables: Humanity and Security campaign is an urgent necessity

Sheikhs and Arab clans' notables in Deir-ez-Zor considered that the security campaign launched by the Internal Security Forces inside al-Hol camp is an urgent necessity, and that its results will positively affect the entire region, especially after the arrest of dozens of ISIS/Daesh cell leaders

The "Humanity and Security" campaign launched by the Internal Security Forces, in cooperation with the Syrian Democratic Forces, inside al-Hol camp in the last days of last March, is considered one of the largest campaigns it has carried out against ISIS/ Daesh mercenary cells that are deployed throughout northern and eastern Syria that targeted dozens of terrorists' operations and assassinations that affected political, tribal and women symbols, as well as after the increase in mercenary activity inside the camp itself and their implementation of dozens of killings against refugees, especially the Iraqis.

In this regard, and during a monitoring of the opinions of the Sheikhs and Deir-ez-Zor notables on the background of the campaign, Thabet al-Hammad, one of the notable of the Shaitat Clan in the town of Granij in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor, confirmed that this campaign is very necessary, after ISIS/ Daesh insurgency in the region.

Thabet al-Hammad explained that the threat of ISIS/Daesh has not ended yet, and there are many parties that follow different agendas, trying to strike stability in the region by various means and methods, so the effects of the campaign will positively affect the region after the arrest of the leaders who run cell activity there.

For his part, Mohammad al-Sharif, the notable of the Saab Clan in the town of Abo Hammam in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor, noted that there are parties other than ISIS/Daesh seeking to undermine the security and stability of the region, such as the Syrian government, Russia and Iran on the one hand, and Turkey and its mercenaries on the other hand, and all of them must be prevented in achieving what they seek to?

Mohammad al-Sharif stressed the importance of continuing such security campaigns from time to time, until the final elimination of all those who sought to spread the destabilization the region, whose children sacrificed themselves for freedom.
