The First phase of the Humanitarian and Security Campaign that was undertaken on March 28th, came to an end last Friday after tens of ISIS elements of sleeper cells were captured by the security bodies of which the Women's Protection Units, the YPJ, that played a major role in the operation in the camp for the majority in the camp are women and children. On this ANHA conducted an interview with Commander in the Women's Protection Units, Ciyan Tolhildan that said '' the campaign that wqas carried out in the al-Hol Camp was a successful one, mo0re than other previous ones, as it is a continuation to the six-years old struggle against ISIS whose families are living in the camp.

''militants and terrorists were imprisoned but their children and families areas till present at the camp that is a heavy burden on the Autonomous  Administration and the Internal Security Forces. The camp lately witnessed a number of murders carried out at the hands of the ISIS women as they were reorganizing themselves'', Ciyan added.

'' ostensibly, the camp seems to home civilians but the reality on the ground is contradictory to this view, cells that adopt extremist ideology were formed in the camp that carried out crimes barbarically'', she said.

''the camp is home to subjects of at least 57 countries, that campaign in which our fighters were a part proved to the whole world the our security and military forces bear their duties and spare no effort to combat terror and ISIS extremist ideology'', but '' the whole world knows well that '' the Autonomous Administration and military and security forces alone cannot bear the whole burden, on this, everybody ought to take part in this, and give assistance on the ground and in finding a solution to the ISIS plight in which we bore the most heavy burden, the ISIS families are not our sole responsibility rather everybody's'', Cihan added.

'' the pretext that they cannot find a solution to that is unconvincing, but they are not serious as leaving the whole to us, confident that there are a part that fights it'', she said.

''up to date we have done our duties, I think time has come for the world to move, the North Eastern Syria people want to get rid of the dangers posed by these groups'', adding '' the blind eye give to this ought to be ended, the camp is full of civilians but Sharia Law centers were set up and ISIS ideoligised schools, the Hisba Police, murder groups, all these pose thrteats''.

Commander in the YPJ said that the Humanitarian and Security Campaign won't eliminate the ISIS extremist ideology and that the combating ISIS as we have said after the Baghouz battle, up to date all what had been said is being repeated time and again.

The campaign is not going to eliminate ISIS ideology that pervades the camp full of thousands of children imbibed with extremism in addition to others adjoining this ideology that descend from countries all over the world, this is not a military or a security task.

The first round of the campaign met success as all residents were verified and tents searched thoroughly and cells arrested, other rounds are planned.

At the end, Ciyan called on the world to bear responsibility, '' our forces carried the task with high morals'', she concluded.
