'The campaign extends from sector to sector

Baker Kobane, a member of the Anti-Terrorism Units (YAT), spoke about the Humanitarian and Security campaign, saying: “We have been launching the campaign since 4 days, without inflicting any damage to the camp, in recent period, the situation inside the camp has been exacerbated, today, we arrest those who commit heinous crimes against the refugees in the camp, we also confiscate the tools and weapons they were using, and search for people whose names were included in the lists.

Many of these mercenaries have been arrested, in addition to the investigation of people who were providing support and assistance to the mercenaries, as this campaign aims to fully protect the refugees and displaced persons; Because the camp is very large and consists of sections, and we are advancing from one section to another. First, we gather the people living in the camp in a certain place, then we work to inspect the tents.

'We seek to end the danger'

Member of the Internal Security Forces - Women, Rohat Qamishlo, spoke about the dangers and threats in the camp, and said: “Al-Hol camp is one of the most dangerous camps in the world, and we are participating in this campaign to end the danger in it. Women have long been subjected to murders, and our goal in this campaign is to secure a safe place for the displaced.

We in the Internal Security Forces - Women, act with caution and respect during the search of people as well as during the inspection of tents, and we seek to remove the danger from the lives of the displaced and refugees, and we are happy that we are participating in this campaign, and we will succeed and reduction the danger in the camp. "

'The campaign is continuing successfully so far'

Member of the Internal Security Forces in Northern and Eastern Syria, Shaheen Suleiman, said that the campaign is continuing successfully so far, and added: “During the campaign and during search and inspection operations in the camp, we found quantities of ammunition, weapons and military clothing, because ISIS mercenaries seek to organize their ranks here. We, in our turn, seek to end that.

We saw many extra tents, they were using them for meetings, training and organizing. We also saw some tunnels.

So far, the campaign is going well, and it is still continuing, and the displaced and refugees are showing a lot of cooperation, which confirms their rejection of the mentality of ISIS mercenaries.
