Yazidis no longer confident of PDK nor Iraqi Government

The Rojava Yazidis believe that the scheme to occupy Shengal is an international one noting that Yazidis have the right to Self-Determination and that ''they no longer puts confidence neither in the Kurdistan Democratic Party nor in the Iraqi Federal Government''.

After abandonment by the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Iraqi Federal Government forces of Shengal in 2014, ISIS mercenary groups put the whole Shengal into persecution.

Today the two parts are making attempts to return to Shengal, in the same context the Shengal Agreement of October 9^th, 2020 was concluded between the two parts ignoring the will of the people of Shengal that were open to most heinous crimes at the hands of ISIS mercenaries.

Both sides are sparing no means to return to Shengal, the last of which is a leeway given to the Asayish of Shengal expires on April 1^st, for the deliverance of all issues to both the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Iraqi Federal Government that was responded by the Shengal people as utter rejection assuring that matters would not be run as prior to 2014.

Ismail Delef, a Rojava Yazidi says '' the scheme to occupy Shengal is a very complicated one, and internationally hatched that materializes via the threats made by the KRG and the Iraqi Federal Government against Shengal''.

''this policy comes after the August 3^rd, 2014 massacres when Shegal was left to face it's destiny alone in the fight against ISIS is being now re-enacted at the hands of the PDK'', he added.

''after hundreds of our women, children and men were abducted, Shengalis no longer put confidence in the parts that allege they give us protection, matters have being changed now'', Yazidis have set up a civil administration, civil associations as well as a military forces that is the Ezidxan Asayish'', he said.

From his part Mahmoud Delef said ''Yazidis have the right to self-determination, the Self-Governance is the best way to defend ourselves, the International attempts by Turkey, PDK and the Iraqi Government is to divide and rule, and to disperse Yazidis all over the world, the importance Shengal has emanates from it's mountain, that embodies the roots of Yazidis, all Rojava Yazidis are in solidarity with Shengal'', he concluded.

'' those defended Shengal in the face of ISIS barbarity in 2014 are well known'', Mahmoud said in an illusion to the Peoples' Defence Forces, the Guerrilla.

Mahmoud called on all Yazidis all over the world and all friends to support the Yazidi Kurds in Shengal.
