Leader Ocalan's birth is a new day

The Kongra Star in ed-Dirbasiyah organized a lecture as part of a series of events marking the birth of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, at the Culture and Art Center in ed-Darbasiyah city, while the Administrator, Suzdar Afrin, affirmed that "the leader's birth is a new day for humanity."

The lecture was attended by dozens of people from the district, members of civil society institutions, in addition to members of the military forces.

The lecture began with a minute of silence in remembrance of the martyrs of humanity, and then the Administrator at the Kongra Star in al-Hasakah canton Suzdar Afrin spoke and blessed the leader Abdullah Ocalan for his birth, the strugglers in prisons and the families of the martyrs.

She added, "The birth of the leader is a new day for mankind, and a new day for building the world and history." She indicated that every day they live with the leader through his books, volumes and analyzes that he wrote for all peoples.

She said: "Leader Abdullah Ocalan grew up in the geography of Mesopotamia, which is rich in its subsoil and superficial resources, and its cultural and religious history over thousands of years, where he researched it and collected it for us in his books."

She noted that the issue of women had preoccupied the leader since his childhood, when they married his sister and prevented his girlfriend Alif from playing with him to get her marry, which caused the leader to have many questions that were purely controversial for him.

She continued: "When the leader entered prison for the first time, he knew that Kurdistan was under injustice and tyranny, and with this the leader began his march to liberate Kurdistan, and upon his release, he met with a number of people, one of them was Kamal Bir, who formed groups with the participation of women."

Suzdar Afrin explained that a society without the active participation of women remains paralyzed, so the leader attached great importance to women in his thoughts and volumes.

She mentioned the periods of the leader's entry into Rojava Kurdistan, and said that this was an important step and the first seed that planted the Rojava Revolution and the Autonomous Administration.

She said, "The Rojava Revolution did not start in 2012, but when the thought of the leader Abdullah Ocalan emerged, so these gains must be protected and developed more and more."

At the conclusion of her speech, Suzdar Afrin stated that the pace of struggle and resistance must be raised in all parts of the world to free the leader from Imrali prison.
