ANHA's correspondent in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor stated that year-old child, Bahaa al-Din al-Nasser al-Ibrahim, was moderately injured by stun grenade explosion from the remnants of ISIS mercenaries, while he was playing near his home in al-Baghouz.

The people had previously demanded the competent authorities to clean the al-Baghouz area from mines, remnants of explosive belts and stun grenade left by ISIS mercenaries, especially in the village of Hawija or what has come to be known as "al-Baghouz Camp."

During the past 3 months, 7 people lost their lives, in addition to dozens of injured and lost their limbs as a result of the explosion of mines left by ISIS in the area.

Some specialized teams of the Deir-ez-Zor Military Council, with the support of the Deir-ez-Zor Civil Council and the Autonomous Administration, are working to remove mines and remnants of ISIS from al-Baghouz to ensure the safe return of its residents.
