Talal Mohammed: Kurdish people must confront Turkish occupation

Since the morning hours, the warplanes of the Turkish occupation army have bombed Garê Mountain in Bhdinan area in Başûr Kurdistan, and strong clashes are taking place in the area between the Peoples' Defense Forces HPG and the Turkish occupation army, which carried out airdrops for the soldiers there.

The attacks came after the Kurdistan Democratic Party mobilized, on November 25, its special forces, " Hêza Gulan," affiliated with "Masrour Barzani" in Garê and Metîna area, and equipped them with armored vehicles and heavy weapons.

The forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) were stationed in the villages of Nehlî Plain in Garê area and the vicinity of Çemankê district, and penetrated into the areas of the Guerilla fighters, and despite the warnings issued by the leadership of the Peoples' Defense Forces (HPG), this party did not withdraw its forces.

he Democratic Party’s mobilization in that area came after the visit of the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, Fawzi Hariri, Kerîm Şengalî, Sefîn Dizayî and Falah Mustafa, to Ankara, and their meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşolu and Turkish President Erdogan, where the two sides agreed to fight PKK, according to what Mevlütoglu posted on his Twitter account.

In this context, the co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party, Talal Mohammad, said in a statement to ANHA agency, "These attacks are not new. Rather, they are a pre-planned scheme, and the aim is to eliminate the Kurdish people's struggle represented by the Kurdistan Freedom Movement."

We must rise up against the occupation.

"What is required of the Kurdish people now is to rise up against Turkey's attacks and crimes, because Turkey is targeting the existence of the Kurdish people and their cause and all Kurdish forces," Mohammad said.

Mohammad stressed that the Kurdish forces should not cooperate with the Turkish occupation state, and give them pretexts to legitimize their attack, especially mentioning the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and said: "Now is the time to unify forces and visions in the face of the historical enemy of the Kurdish people and not cooperate with it."

Muhammad indicated that the opportunity is suitable for this, as all regional and international factors and developments indicate this, and he called on the Kurdish people to rise up, and to hold accountable the forces that deal with the Turkish occupation countries.
