As Turkish Occupation Forces and the Syrian National Army mercenary groups command areas close to the town of Tal Tamr, after Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi were occupied people in such areas suffer from lack of services.

People on frontline areas are afflicted with lack of aids and services not to mention power cut and water rarity.

On this ANHA conducted an interview with co-chair of the Tal Tamr Council, Joan Mela Ibraheem, to shed light on some issues.

Joan said two towns are dependent on Tal Tamr, Qibur al-Qaracne in the north western side and al- Ghera in the southern part of the city, and that after Turkish onslaught on the region some 29 villages dependent on Qibur al-Qaracne were occupied.

Joan says there are 32 villages dependent to Tal Tamr that are located close to the Aleppo-Hasaka International Highway known as the M4, and some others are on the frontline whose people are displaced into camps, due to the repeated crimes carried out by the Turkish Occupation Forces as the region is being targeted from time to another in bids to deliver a demographic change.

''people here are suffering from lack of services, electricity and water as that is done on intent by the Turkish Occupation, Joan said.

'' from time to time peoples' houses are set on fire, and their seasonal crops as well, not to mention snipping operations that cause displacement'', he added.

On the services in Tal Tamr Joan said '' Tal Tamr is an exception to areas in North Eastern Syria in this respect, for the city lies just 2 km distance from the frontlines'', as all 2020 projects have been stopped, due to the situation on the ground.

In comparison with areas in the Inland Syria, Joan says '' areas of North Eastern Syria are much better than others in Syria though some basic needs unavailable but the economic concerned bodies are sparing no time to meet all necessary materials such as bread and fuels.

On the crimes committed by the Turkish Occupation Force and the affiliated mercenary groups Joan says '' all mercenary groups were sponsored by the Turkish Occupation Forces from the dawn of the Syrian Crisis as it adopted various means that amount to war crimes as civilians targeted, abducted, enslaved and their bodies taken'', not to mention burning, looting and the Turkification policy put into action by the so-called Syrian National Army with the purpose to give new breath to the Ottoman Empire.

At the end, Joan called on the Russian Forces present in the area to bear human and ethical responsibility to stand up to crimes committed by the Turkish Occupation Forces against the people in the region.
