Within the series of meetings held by (YPG and YPJ) for the families of the martyrs in Al-Hasakah canton, in order to recall the martyrs sacrifices, the forces held a meeting today with the families of the martyrs in Tal Tamr district and its suburbs, in the Siran hall, in east of Tal Tamr district, in the presence of more than "100" families.

The meeting hall was decorated with pictures of martyrs, flags of the Protection Units and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

The meeting began with a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, followed by a speech on behalf of the Martyrs' Families Foundation in Tal Tamer district by Azad Koti.

Koti first welcomed "the families of the martyrs and all the attendees, and indicated that the martyrs sacrificed for the sake of their people and their families living in freedom and dignity and in order to live in safety and stability."

Koti highlighted the resistance by the military forces in the face of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in the Tal Tamr district, which are on the lines of contact, “at the same time, all the martyrs have pledged to achieve their goals.

A speech on behalf of the General Command of the Women's Protection Units, given by the leader Sawsan Afrin, who denounced the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the isolation imposed on him, and said: “We are going through a sensitive phase, and it requires us as components of NE Syria to oppose the occupation that fights free peoples' rights. "

In her speech, Afrin pointed out, "We, as military forces, will not accept occupation in any way whatsoever in our regions, and we will always be ready to take back our cities, Afrin, Serêkaniyê, Gire Spî, and others."

The leader, added: "Everyone knows the sensitivity of the stage we are going through, so it is incumbent upon the families of martyrs in northeast Syria and all its components to stand by the military forces and fight all parties hostile to the gains of the martyrs."

A speech was also given on behalf of the General Command of the People's Protection Units, delivered by the leader Dalil Jarf.

In his speech, Jarf said, "If we do not liberate our land from the occupation and its mercenaries, we will not be able to live freely, and we have to be one hand and with the responsibility that the martyrs left us to fulfill the promise to them and achieve the goals for which they were martyred."

"We can defeat the occupation and its mercenaries and liberate our occupied cities by standing in one line and supporting the military forces, so that through them we can simplify security and stability in the region," Jarf explained.

After the words, a sini vision presented about the martyrs of Tal Tamr, to conclude the meeting with the presentation of several songs by the Church group affiliated with the Culture and Art Center in Tal Tamer district, amid holding Dabkeh circles and chanting slogans glorifying the martyrs.
