Khaleel Othman: Turkish Occupation intends to blockade NE Syria

Khaleel Othman, member to the Union Democratic Party, the PYD, said that threats made by the Turkish Occupation State and crimes committed all discharge into bids to blockade North Eastern Syria calling on all people in the region to take the side of SDF.

Today, hundreds of the people of the Tal Tamr District and it's rural areas converged on the Martyrs' Families Council to demonstrate against Turkish threats made against Derik and Shengal calling for a unified Kurdish stance.

After a minute of silence was observed, Khaleel Othman, member to the Union Democratic Party, the PYD, delivered a speech in which he said:'' by all means the Turkish State tries to strike at the gains made by the people of the region, all latest threats corroborates that''.

''People in the region ought to stand up to that, and never allow Turkish Occupation to reach it's goals at the expense of it's people''.

It was noted by Othman that by this Turkish Occupation tries to blockade North Eastern Syria for this it threatens Shengal and Derik'', and that '' we ought to depend on ourselves, and take the side of the Syrian Democratic Forces in repellence to any attack on the region''.
