Landmine exploded in child causing his death

​​​​​​​The explosion of a landmine left over from ISIS mercenaries resulted in the loss of a child from Afrin's displaced, in al-Shahba canton.

According to the information obtained by ANHA's correspondent, the mine exploded on the child, Mohammad Aziz Hussein (15 years), while he was grazing sheep near the town of Zahra yesterday, causing his death directly.

The reporter indicated that the child from the village of Basala, in the occupied Afrin canton, and lives with his family in the Tal Rifaat district in al-Shahba canton.

It is reported that the mercenaries' remnants of IEDs and mines have caused many displaced children to lose their lives, and to injure many of them.

While a mine caused the loss of the child Mohammad Kurdi Ibrahim from the Turkish-occupied town of Qabasin, after he was exploded with it while he was in the olive fields in Favin district on December 2, 2020.
