This came through a statement issued by the Syrian Democratic Council commenting on the two massacres; the first was committed by the Turkish occupation in Tel Rifaat, and the second by ISIS mercenaries against the two administrators in al-Dashisha Council in al-Raqqa countryside, and the statement included:

"We, in the Syrian Democratic Council, pursue and continue struggle to end the Syrian crisis through dialogue, political and peaceful means in accordance with UN Resolution 2254, the 2012 Geneva Declaration, and end the suffering of the people that resulted from the years of the crisis which exceeded its ten years, in light of the intransigence of the regime with its chauvinistic denial mentality, suspicious international silence and lack of full commitment of the guarantor and active states in the Syrian crisis, foremost of which is the Russian Federation and the United States of America, and the Turkish occupation state's insistence on its continuous threats to the region, seeking to prolong the Syrian crisis through its direct interventions at times or through its mercenaries and extremist radical forces at other times to complete what the so-called the New Ottoman Empire based on the "Millî Pact" by occupying more lands and deducting them for the benefit of the Turkish state, striking through it all international charters, norms and covenants.

The North and East Syria Revolution has always known as Women's Revolution who have proven to the whole world that they deserve to live in freedom and dignity, and inspired them with their achievements and the gains made, which formed an impenetrable barrier to Erdogan's Ottoman colonial ambitions and a major factor in ending the so-called caliphate.

Women have become at the forefront of targeting Turkey and its proxies, represented by radical extremist groups, foremost among which is ISIS. Therefore, the Syrian women had the largest share of these crimes and violations, and the massacre of Tel Rifaat which was committed by the Turkish occupation state on January 23, 2021, in which four people were martyred, including a woman from Afrin, Nazliya Mostafa, in addition to more than nine wounded is considered one of the series of previous massacres committed by the occupying power and its mercenaries, and it will not be the last in light of the international silence and the expansionist colonial mentality of Erdogan.

Erdogan was the spiritual father of ISIS, it is not a coincidence that he committed on the same day that a crime shook the conscience of humanity by targeting each of the two women "Saada Faisal al-Hermas", the Co-chair of Tel al-Shaer Town Council of al-Dashisha district in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, and her deputy, Hind Latif al-Khudair, who were kidnapped, and executed by firing bullet at the hands of ISIS because the occupying power knows with certainty that drying the sources of terrorism and the culture of hatred which both the Syrian Democratic Council and its military wing represented by the Syrian Democratic Forces have worked with its partners in the international coalition to fight will be an end to the existence of the Turkish state and its interference in the Syrian crisis, the elimination of its Ottoman dream, and the withdrawal of all the cards that have long threatened the world, especially the refugee issue, which it turned into a commodity to blackmail the world.

We condemn and denounce these criminal acts that the Syrian people in general and women in particular are exposed to, whether by the Turkish state or by ISIS, we in the Syrian Democratic Council demand that the perpetrators of these crimes be held accountable, and we also call on the United Nations, all human rights and humanitarian organizations, women's liberation movements, all the peoples fighting for their liberation to work to stop the interference of the Turkish state, put an end to its violations against the peoples of the region, and bring them to justice.
