The Future Syria Party Council in the city of Manbij and its countryside held a symposium for tribal leaders and elders, under the slogan "No to the Turkish Occupation, Let Us Protect the Revolution's Gains and Defend It."

Dozens of clans' sheikhs, dignitaries and elders in Manbij and its countryside participated in the symposium, in addition to the presence of the General Administration of the Future Syria Party, Ibrahim al-Qaftan, Siham Dawood, members and administrators of the Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij in the Culture and Art Center's Hall.

The symposium included two main axes: In the first axis, the participants discussed the latest developments of the political situation in the region, and the second discussed the role of clans in achieving civil peace.

Hassen Mohamed Ali, Assistant Secretary General of the Future Syria Party, spoke in the first axis of the symposium and said that "the regions of northeastern Syria have become the center of the Third World War and countries are in conflict there, and these countries have projects in the region that they want to implement."

Hassen Mohamed Ali added: "Turkey is exploiting the war in Syria to revive the Ottoman Empire in order to fulfill its ambitions that it could not achieve in the First and Second World War."

Then, the administrator in the Public Relations Office of the Future Syria Party, Farhan Hajj Issa, spoke in the second axis of the symposium, and said: "The clan or tribe has remained through hundreds and thousands of years preserving itself and the values, customs and laws by which it has managed itself."

The symposium concluded with discussing the two axes and listening to the opinions of tribal sheikhs and elders about the situation in Syria in general and northeastern Syria in particular.
