Afrinians confirm abidance by resistance and strife

On the third annual anniversary of the onset of the Turkish Aggression against the Afrin Canton, an activity was held today by Aleppo Cultural Forum for the people in Afrin in which they confirmed abidance by the choice of resistance and strife until Afrin is liberated from Turkish Occupation and the affiliated mercenary groups.

The activity that was held at the Aleppo Cultural Forum in the eastern part of Shaikh Maqsud included delivering poems that voiced the attachment by the people of Afrin to the choice of resistance and strife until Afrin is liberated and the indigenous people return home and as well as hinting at the crimes perpetrated by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups against the people in Afrin..

Co-chair of the Aleppo Cultural Forum, Laila Xaled, stressed that every evil species of weapons were used in Afrin, and that Afrin prior to the Turkish Occupation embraced thousands of Syrian IDPs from all Syrian soil that were re-displaced again by the Turkish Occupation.

Laila confirmed that though three years passed, Afrinian people is still firm and steadfast and that one day they would return home.
