US non-governmental organization Free Burma Rangers has been operating in NE, Syria for more than two years.

The organization's work can be summarized in the battle field and on the front lines to help civilians and provide them with a hand in light of the ongoing wars.

The organization worked main role in documenting Turkish crimes, when Turkey and its gangs launched brutal attacks on NE, Syria, as well as to provide medical support to NE, Syria's people.

In a visit by the Free Burma Rangers team to the Syriac Military Council and their meeting with the official spokesman of the Syriac Military Council Aram Hanna, the current conditions and the ongoing attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on the region were discussed.

In an interview with ANHA agency, a member of the organization, Sky Barclay, said, "I joined it in 2016, and the main role of the organization is to support and assist civilians on the front lines, and we must take into account other organizations do not enter front lines."

'Turkey’s crimes are similar to ISIS crimes'

"Everyone knows the mistakes that occurred in the Turkish attacks and their affiliated groups and ISIS attacks in the region," Barclay said, "and through our vision of reality, it is women and children who are exposed to harm."

"We in the Free Burma Organization have made clear to us Turkish crimes similar to ISIS crimes against civilians and their forced displacement," he added.

'question'

Barclay, who fought against ISIS in Mosul between 2016 and 2017, pointed out that "the approach of the Turkish occupation mercenaries is in line with the approach of ISIS mercenaries, by besieging civilians and making them human shields, and not allowing civilians to go out to safe areas."

He added, "We are still wondering about the parties that support the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation to this extent."

Control a situation

Regarding the recent Turkish escalation in the regions of NE, Syria, and the continuing occupation attacks on Ain Issa and Tal Tamr areas in light of the international ceasefire agreements, Barclay said, "I do not have that sufficient information about the agreements that have taken place, but I hope that our administration has in the American government." Response to set matters in those areas. "

'A local team supports civilians'

Regarding the upcoming projects of their organization in the region, Barclay said, "We will have projects in the coming days in the region, the most important of which is the establishment of a local team trained to be supportive of civilians on the frontlines."

At the end of his speech, Barclay addressed a letter to the US government, in which he said, "As we follow the directives of Jesus Christ, I hope the government will return to following the directives of Christ, and I call on the American government to protect civilians in Rojava and protect the region from wars to live in peace."
