1 death and 3 injuries in Israeli strike on rural Damascus

A military source has stated that an element of the Syrian Government Forces was killed as three others were injured, in an Israeli shelling on a military post in the countryside of the capital.

According to the source in question, ''at 1:30, dawn today the Israeli enemy carried out am aerial aggression by missiles from north of Galilee, that targeted one of our Air Defence unit in the area of Nabi Habil in rural Damascus'' according to the Syrian Arab News Agency, SANA, as the source confirmed material damages, as no official comment was made by the Israeli side, where a spokesperson for the Israeli Army just said'' no comments are made on reports released by foreign media''.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the SOHR, the Israeli shelling targeted posts held by the Lebanese Hezbollah as well as a battalion of the Syrian Air Defence in rural Zabadani

At Friday dawn, Israel targeted Masyaf, in western rural Hama, that led to the deaths of 6 elements'' non-Syrian and pro-Iranian ones'' according to the Syrian Observatory fir Human Rights, the SOHR.

Worth to note that in the last years Israel intensified targeting Syria, primarily posts held by the Syrian Government Forces, Pro-Iranian groups as well as others by Hezbollah.
